Packaging stays on your side

The bags remain with your company: your print, your weight and full control over what your product reaches the market in.

We are glad to advise which film suits your material, which bag size runs reliably on our line and where to order packaging of consistent quality.

The line is cleaned at every change of material. A fertiliser batch leaves the plant free of coal dust, and pellets free of remains from the previous order.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ
Who supplies the bags?

The bags remain with your company, which keeps full control over the print, weight and look of the packaging. We are glad to advise which bag suits your material and where to order it.

What bag weights does the line handle?

From 15 to 25 kg. Wood pellets in 15 kg bags, coal in 20 or 25 kg, neutral fertilisers in 25 kg. Bag size 75 × 50 cm, film thickness 0.09 mm.

What materials do you accept?

Coal, wood pellets and fertilisers. Ammonium nitrate and fertilisers with a high ammonium nitrate content remain outside the scope of the service.

In what condition should the material arrive?

Prepared for packing. Our scope covers bagging, palletising, protection with a shrink hood, storage and loading.

Is the line cleaned at every change of material?

Yes. Cleaning is carried out whenever the material changes, so each batch keeps its own purity.

How is the material delivered?

By tipper truck, after a booking by phone. The yard is paved with an entrance for heavy goods vehicles.

Is there a minimum order?

Every order is quoted individually, with no fixed tonnage threshold. Please call or write and we will set terms that match the scale of your order.

How long can the goods stay in storage?

Up to 10 days within the rate, in a roofed hall holding 2,500–3,000 tonnes. Longer storage is agreed individually.

How is tonnage settled?

On the readings of a certified weighbridge. The vehicle is weighed on entry and on exit, and the difference is the tonnage billed.

How much fits on one truck?

24 tonnes of finished, secured pallets.

Do you arrange transport?

Yes, as an additional service. On request we arrange carriage of the finished pallets to the address you provide.

How does settlement and cooperation work?

We work on prepayment, and ongoing cooperation is based on a framework agreement setting out commercial terms and schedule.
