For pellet producers and distributors

SCOPE

If your company produces or imports wood pellets and is weighing up an investment in its own packing line and hall, we can take that stage over entirely.

  1. 01

    Gentle dosing

Every extra transfer means more dust and more broken granules. The line doses and seals in a single pass.

  2. 02

    Moisture protection

A sealed bag and a pallet secured with a stretched shrink hood.

  3. 03

    Clean line

Before a pellet batch the line is cleaned after the previous material.

  4. 04

    Countable pallet

A fixed number of bags per pallet and a certified weighbridge reading.

Pellets — common questions

FAQ
What bags are the pellets packed into?

Into 15 kg bags measuring 75 × 50 cm with a film thickness of 0.09 mm. The bags remain with your company, and we are glad to advise what to order and where.

Do you accept pellets in bulk from a tipper truck?

Yes. Material is received by tipper truck after a booking by phone. The yard is paved with an entrance for heavy goods vehicles.

How is batch purity maintained?

The line is cleaned at every change of material, so each batch keeps its own purity.

How long can finished pallets stay in storage?

Up to 10 days within the rate, in a roofed hall holding 2,500–3,000 tonnes. Longer storage is agreed individually.

What bag weights does the line handle?

From 15 to 25 kg; pellets are packed in 15 kg as standard.

How is the quantity settled?

On the readings of a certified weighbridge — the vehicle is weighed on entry and on exit, and the difference is the tonnage billed.
